Sushant Singh Rajput’s Lawyer Vikas Singh Reacts To Siddharth Pithani’s Arrest, Says, ‘It Is A Kind Of Poetic Justice That He Has At Least Gone To Jail’
It was on Friday, when Narcotics Control Bureau arrested late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s friend and flatmate Siddharth Pithani from his Hyderabad residence. The late actor’s friend was brought to Mumbai on transit warrant, NCB obtained from a court in Telagana capital. Now as per reports in the media, he was produced at the Mumbai court on the same day and was later put in NCB custody till June 1, 2021. This development in SSR’s death investigation got the late actor’s lawyer Vikas Singh reacting to it.

In conversation with Times Of India, he stated that CBI is no rush to arrive at the conclusion that would backfire on them. He also mentioned the actor’s death has a mysterious angle, hence, CBI is investigating into it from multiple angles. Vikas Singh hopes that something will definitely come to light from this ongoing investigation. He said, “I am quite hopeful that they will able to unravel the mystery and they are working on it lets keep our fingers crossed.”

Reacting to Siddharth Pithani’s recent arrest he said, “As far as the arrest of Siddharth Pithani is concerned it is a kind of poetic justice that he has at least gone to jail.”


According to Vikas Singh, Siddharth should have been arrested right from day 1 as he was the one who was around when the actor was found death at his Bandra residence and also when the actor’s GF Rhea Chakraborty moved out of his house few days before his death. Vikas Singh speaking about the scenario when the actor passed away said, “Siddharth was the one who opened the room and he was the one who called the locksmith and was the one to lower the body of the actor, so he is very crucial to the case in every which way, whether it is murder or abetment to suicide he will definitely be involved in it.”

Sushant Singh Rajput died on June 14, 2020 at his Bandra residence post which the investigative agency arrested his GF Rhea, her brother Showik Chakraborty and even some of the actor’s domestic helps for interrogation.
